About.

“I have always had a love for fitness and yoga but this was different! So fast forward and my love for this method has only deepened.”

My Pilates journey began a few years ago when a local friend and instructor inspired me to train with Stott Pilates and start teaching. I’ve always loved fitness and yoga, but Pilates felt different! My passion for this method has only grown since then. I practice regularly, attend teachers’ classes, and continue learning and expanding my knowledge which I love to share with my clients.

Pilates has greatly benefited my own body, helping me rehab a shoulder injury, improve strength, mobility, and overall conditioning, which I strive to share these wonders with my clients' too. I am fully certified in mat work and have advanced training in the classical reformer method, chair, barrel and tower with Alison Salmond, who continues to inspire my teachings with her in-depth knowledge and passion. I am also a qualified nutritional therapist, offering a holistic approach to wellness.

Things I love ….. my family, my dog Mabel, friends, food, the sea, and meditating. Whether you join a class or a one-on-one session in my studio, I would love to meet you and share my passion and energy for Pilates.

“Since Juliette started her classes, I have been a regular attender twice a week, in person
or on Zoom during lockdown. I very much enjoy the camaraderie of the classes, and am
always enthused by Juliette’s enthusiasm, encouragement, and awareness of every
individual’s different capabilities. As one of the older participants, I continue to be
amazed that I can now achieve movements and positions that I would have thought
impossible; this has done wonders for my fitness, morale and well-being.”
